Virtual World offers to technology manufacturers,
technical support services in the design, installation and
post-sale support for their products in South America.
In order to achieve this, we have a staff of bilingual engineers
with experience in technical support, than can be sent to
a training course at the factory, and return to offer
the services. In this way the manufacturers
can avoid the high costs of offering this services from
their countries and also eliminate the problems that come with the language
barrier.
